About My Self-Help Tips
I am not a therapist or a mental health professional of any sort. However, I endeavor to be helpful to those in need. Because of this, I have put together a compilation of self-help tips for anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. These are not a means of treatment, nor are all of them given by a credible medical facility, but they may be little steps to bringing people closer to recovery.
